Your wedding day is the day not only you and your husband or wife will remember forever, but so will your guests. Everything you plan, create and prepare for your wedding day celebrations will stay in the memory of your loved ones forever, and at Event Design by Marianna Idirin
we like to create weddings that are unique, personal, and that will make a lasting impression. With that in mind, our team carefully plans, designs and implements design and decor uniquely for each couple.
One of the sustainable and ecological materials we love working with is bamboo. While bamboo hasn’t been used much in weddings so far, we love the material and the energy it brings and thought of a creative way to use it. Together with our provider, we created the bamboo designs that enable us not only to create a unique wedding chuppah but an impressive bamboo structure for the wedding reception as well. The touch, feel, and flexibility of bamboo is suitable also to delimit the wedding areas and thus make it an intimate wedding reception.
In Chinese culture, bamboo symbolizes strength, acceptance of the natural flow and openness to wisdom in emptiness. Bamboo also includes a commitment to continuous growth and living a simple and straightforward life.
On the following images, we created a beach wedding setup for a wedding ceremony wedding reception and lounge area. We paired impressive structure with Mexican decor details, such as blue and white vases and Otomi pillows, mixed with marble coffee tables, natural fiber rugs, and pillows. For the wedding reception decor, we used modern chairs mixed with equipales. To soften the decor, we added flowers and fruit centerpieces nestled with accent vases and candle holders.
