"Thank you so much for putting together the best 3 days of my life. It truly was way more than I could have imagined and there's no way we could have done it without you!... Thank you again for everything, the wedding weekend was really nothing short of magical!" - NicoleRead about their beautiful Los Cabos destination wedding below the photos: Nicole and Andy are the sweetest couple with a beautiful love story, which we are sure will evolve into an even more wonderful life full of amazing memories and moments. It was an honor and a big pleasure of the entire team at Event Design by Marianna Idirin to help them the best wedding weekend celebrations in Los Cabos. We started with the rehearsal dinner with family and friends at Club 96, followed by the welcome party at Hotel El Ganzo, and concluded the festivities with a beautiful destination wedding at Flora Farms. For the wedding decor, our inspirations were copper and peach, soft colors with a romantic and organic flare. We set up long dining tables in a very intimate & warm ambiance full of candles and beautiful flowers by Pina, with succulents, Nicole’s favorite. For the place cards, we used a beautiful apothecary shelf, which was truly unique and looked amazing! We added the photos of both of Nicole and Andy’s parents on their wedding day, which was a nice detail. The ceremony was held in the midst of a mango grove, surrounded by lush fruit trees and farm produce, and Nicole and Andy were standing under an elaborate romantic chuppah adorned with roses. For a wedding afterparty, the entire party moved to Nicole’s parent's beachfront villa at Villas del Mar. There we setup up a cozy ambiance with Mexican decor in aqua, coral, and white, a merry mariachi band was waiting for the guests, we had smores, firepit on the beach and fantastic fireworks to wrap up the beautiful celebrations. About Nicole & Andy's love story: "Andy and I met in college, but we were barely more than acquaintances. I spent a summer studying in San Francisco during medical school, and during my last weekend there, we ran into each other with a group of friends. We spent an evening dancing, and it remains debated who made what first move, but we had our first kiss that night. We stayed in touch but didn’t go on a date until one year later when Andy was in New York visiting for a wedding. It was the Fourth of July, and we ended up spending the whole long weekend together. We dated for about a year long distance since I had started my residency in New York at that point, and then Andy moved to New York. One fall Saturday morning Andy asked me if I wanted to go hiking in the Hudson River Valley with our dog, Wally. About 1/3rd of the way up the mountain, I stopped to fix my already sweaty hair, and when I looked up Andy asked if he could ask me a question… he proposed there, in the middle of the trail, almost dropping the ring off the side of the mountain. As we struggled to take a decent photo of that special moment, some friendly passersby stopped to point out that about 30 yards ahead were a big scenic lookout point. So we wandered over there for our photo and then giddily finished our hike. Andy had surprised me by inviting all of our parents into town, so we had friends over for celebratory drinks and then went to dinner with our parents and finally back to the site of our first date."
