We assembled a special vintage wooden floor in gray over the beach of Club Campestre, with different levels where we set up square, round and rectangular tables. Each table had a different decoration and various details, but all of them in the general style of the wedding. Some of them even had some type of roof structure from which pearls, flowers and votives were hanging.
We welcomed all guests with a cocktail in the pool area, and the group Le Funk was playing on a special structure designed in squares: it was very original! In the access to the reception area and the party, we built a spectacular canopy-like structure filled with hanging candles and flowers, to take pictures there.
Another main element was the bride and groom’s table: a white wooden table with crystal chairs. Next to it, a Torote –a typical tree of Los Cabos–, which I especially got for the wedding and grew from the platform: it was painted in white, with pearls and orchids hanging from it … the bride and the groom loved it (and so did I!)
The highlight of the event: the stage full of giant screens where images of the sea and other landscapes were displayed throughout the night.
And the party hit? The trolley with shots that we offered to all the guests!
The two dessert tables were the special corner for Ale –absolutely divine-, filled with desserts in mint and coral colors, as everything else in the party. The tiffany brownie boxes were fantastic! At the other end, in “Abel’s Bar”, guests could find the best tequilas and some typical Mexican things to go with them: chili, lime, peanuts, broad beans, grasshoppers, and much more.
The entire event required complete coordination in the team. For example, the topic people talked about the most on the night were the fireworks, because they were fired to the rhythm of Sweet Disposition, the bride and groom’s song. And they were designed to cover the entire area of the event when they exploded!
Thank you Ale & Abel for entrusting us with the planning of your wedding; and thank you to each person who worked to create a perfect evening!
